(Pink) Squish is a site-responsive installation, utilizing a large-scale inflatable biomorphic form, squeezed into a front porch in Chicago, IL. Celebrating and amplifying the uncanny space of ‘in-betweenness,’ created by outdoor neighborhood living spaces, the installation simultaneously connects and separates the porch and surrounding environment with a sensual cushion of air.
